Technology and Communication

Nowadays it is a reality that the implementation of new technologies is affecting and impacting our daily lives in many aspects. The constant improvements are giving us a lot of opportunities and our lives are changing rapidly. Having mentioned that, which aspect of our daily lives has been more affected or impacted by technology?

To begin with, we believe that communication has been affected heavily. Back in time, people had to meet in a certain place if they wanted to socialize and to communicate with others, but in the last few years, there have appeared many new very useful and practical gadgets that have made socialization even better. Despite they can be expensive, new devices such as phones, tablets or computers have given the possibility to the whole world to interact with others with just a message or a phone call. In addition, with these new devices, every person can contact people from other countries from their own homes. That’s an incredible aspect that has to be mentioned because it has expanded the limits of communication.

On the other side, there are people that believe that working life has been even more affected by technology. They argue that every person can have an easier working experience because they have the incredible possibility of working from home. They believe that, home workers, whose had appeared excessively in the last time, had been very beneficiated because they do not have the obligation to travel to work and they end up economizing their time and saving a lot of money that can be invested in many other potentially more useful purposes.

In conclusion, although some argue that technology has affected more the working experience we personally believe that it is not true and that the most impacted aspect was the communication.
