THE BASICS EXERSISES

  In this article we are going to talk about the best exercises that you can include in your strength routine. As it is the first edition, we are going to talk about the basic exercises, the ones that require the most muscles when performing them, or better called multi-joint exercises. 1- bench press 2- barbell squat 3- deadlift. I recommend starting to practice your technique progressively until you learn them because they are very complete patterns but also very difficult for beginners to learn to perform.
