The Resident is of the medical drama genre that is about a charming and arrogant doctor at Chastain Park Memorial Hospital who opens the eyes of an idealistic first-year resident to the reality of hospital life, making him realize that the practice of medicine is a business like any other. It premiered on January 21, 2018 on FOX and then in April 2023, the series was cancelled after six seasons.

We recommend you watch this series that shows you the other side of doctors' lives, the risks they run doing their job and the corrupt world within it, but it also shows you the good side, where they live with friends and create beautiful relationships.
