Kneidalaj, jewish food - Conde Aguero
The kneidalaj it’s a jewish food that it’s eaten in an especially festivity that it’s called Pesaj, this festivity it’s about celebrating when the olds jews stoped being the Egyptian’s slavers, thanks to Moshe.
The kneidalaj are little balls that are made of matzemeil, an especial flour that jews only eat in pesaj, you can eat them with soup or with tomato sauce.
It’s really yummy to me, i thinks that it’s one of my favorite jewish foods.
