Martina Stoessel, known artistically as Tini, is an Argentine actress, singer and songwriter. He was born on March 21, 1997, in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
She began her acting career at the age of 10 with a minor role in the children's series Ugly Duckling. In her adolescence she rose to international fame after playing Violetta Castillo in the Disney Channel Latin America original musical youth series, Violetta (2012-2015), and as well as again in the series' sequel, the film Tini: The Great Change by Violetta (2016). In addition, he recorded the central theme of the Disney movie, Frozen, “Libre soy” In 2016, she pivoted her music career by signing a contract with Hollywood Records, and released her self-titled debut studio album, Tini (2016). The album sold over 100,000 copies worldwide in less than two months and reached number one in his native Argentina, as well as the top 10 in several European countries. His second album Quiero Volver (2018), where he ventured into the sounds of Latin pop and urban music; With some songs in Spanish and others in English, it also topped the album chart in his country, becoming his second number one album in the country.
Their success was further solidified with their fourth album Cupido (2023), which debuted at number 45 on the US Top Latin Albums and number eight on the US Latin Pop Albums, becoming their first entry on the Billboard Albums Chart. Cupido was preceded by the lead single “Miénteme”, which allowed him to achieve his first number one on the Argentina Hot 100. “Bar” and “La Triple T” followed. The singles also charted on the Billboard Global 200 and Global Excl. USA, marking her first appearance on the Global 200 and making her the first Argentine artist to achieve such success. The album also spawned two Billboard Latin Pop Airplay entries: "Maldita Foto", which debuted at number 15, and "La Loto", which debuted at number 8 respectively.
