The new President of the Nation

The last sunday 19th of November, we celebrated the president's election. Javier Gerardo Milei, the candidate of "La Libertad Avanza", won the balotaje, which is like the second round if no one got more than 45% of the votes or if the most voted candidate have 40%, but he or she, can't get 10 percentage point off the second most voted. Milei, with the 55,69% of the votes, prevailed against Sergio Tomas Massa, the candidate of "Union por la Patria", who got 44,30% of the votes. This means that Milei, got over 11 percentage point more than Massa. On one hand, the candidate of La Libertad Avanza, got 14.476462 votes, and on the other hand, Massa got 11.516.142 votes. 

But who is the elected president on the nation? Javier Gerardo Milei was born on the capital city of Argentine, Buenos Aires, specifically at Palermo's block, the 22nd of October of 1970. He made the primary and secondary school at the Cardenal Copello college, located at Villa Devoto's neighbornhood. Later on he moved with his family to the locality of Sáenz Peña, Buenos Aires. When he was a teenager, between the years 1987 to 1989, he played at Chacarita's Junior as the goalkepper, at the lower divisions, however, hr maneged to be part of the professional team of Chacarita. He also was part of a band, which usually played music of the Rolling Stones. On an interview, he said that he was intrigued about why did the "tablita cambiaria" of Martínez de Hoz fail and collapse and about the hyper inflation. So he decided to   leave Chacarita and studied economy. Moreover he said that "he decided to study economy for the wrong reasons", "buthe became passionate about the right ones". He studied at The University of Belgrano, graduating with a Bachelor´s Degree in Economics in 1993. In addition he got two masters at the Institute of Economics and Social Development (IDES) and the University of Torcuato Di Tella. On top of all that, on December of 2022, he recieved a doctorate "honoris causa" of the Universa¿ity Institute of ESEADE. The title was gave by Alberto Benegas Lynch, an Economy and doctor in Management Sciences. After been fired of the UADE, in 2013 he started to give conferences about the autrian economics. He also wrote book, academic articles, etc. 

He became famous because of his participations on interviews  of importants news, televition's programs and radios. But, also, because of his  ways to discuss, the way he express his ideas and his fights with journalists and politicians. This interactions and his uses of Bad language, Made him known to the public.

The 26 of September of 2020 Javier Milei, advertisement through a live of Instagram with Álvaro Zicarelli and Emmanuel Danann, his intentions of been a candidate for national depury for the city of Buenos Aires. The 14th of July of 2021 "La Libertad Avanza" was officialized. This list got 242.839 votes, that means the 13,90% of the total votes of the primary election of 2021. In this way, "La Libertad Avanza" became the third force of the district, behind Juntos por el Cambio and Frente de Todos. He started his mandate at he chamber of diputies the 10th of December of 2021, with her partner Victoria Villarruel.

The next year, specifically the 22nd of April of 2022, he participated of the press conference that the democratic party carried out in Mendoza, where he promoted his candidacy for the president elections. The 8th of may he confirmed the doctor Victoria Villarruel, to be her partner as the vicepresident of his block, "La Libertad Avanza". Along his campaing, he annunced his gabinete member, such as Guillermo Ferraro to be his infraestructure minister. And finally, after the discussion with Sergio Massa the 12th of November and to finished his campaing at Cordoba with a thousands and thousands of people, he beat Sergio Massa and became the new elected president.
